John's Story
Life
My wife Judy and I have been married for 33 years. We have one daughter, Angie, aged 30. For the last 19 years I have been employed in various positions at Chippewa Valley technical College in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
School
Education never ends. I recently completed 2 graduate reading courses in an effort to hopefully benefit my students.
College

Workplace
I teach reading and other aspects of family literacy to adult students as my main job. I moonlight teaching English at an alternative high school, and also teach World History and Humanities at a small liberal arts college. My current non-teaching assignments include serving on two internal committees assessing leadership and program improvement.
