Married Jeanette Moore from Rayland, Ohio August, 1980
1 Daughter, Jaime Lyn, 24. She is a Special Education teacher at Akron Kenmore High School
1 Son, John Jr., 22. He is a tire technician at Leipold Tire in Stow, Ohio
I received my B.S. in Business Adminstration from Franciscan University in May 1995.
Moved to Cleveland that year to take the position of Cuyahoga Facilities Manager for Community Bus Services, Inc. a Youngstown based transportation contractor.
In 1998 became Transit Director for Medina County Public Transit (MCPT). MCPT was named ODOT Transit Syatem of the Year in 2000.

n 2004 moved to Colorado to assume the duties of Transit Director for the Summit Stage, the public transportation system in Summit County (Breckenridge), Colorado.
I reside in nearby Leadville, Colorado. Leadville is the highest incorporated city in North America at an altitude of 10,200 feet above sea level. It lays at the foot of Colorado's two highest mountains, Mt. Elbert (14,433 ft.) and Mt. Massive (14,421 ft.)
I spend my spare time hiking in Colorado's vast backcountry areas and climbing the 14,000 ft. mountains ("Fourteeners"). To date I have climbed 19 of the 54 ranked peaks in the state.
