David's Story
Life
After returning to New Orleans and finishing my degree in Biology/Chemistry from Southern in New Orleans, I worked at Tulane University School of Medicine doing research in the area of Bacterial Genetics, from there I moved to California and worked for different Biotech companies as a Molecular Biologist, doing research in the areas of Cancer, AIDS, and Inflammatory Diseases. herapeutic for a small biotech company. Over the course of my career, I have had the privledge of having some of my work published in different scientific journals.
A few years ago I had the privledge of taking two years off from work and obtain a degree in Culinary Arts. Something I've been wanting to do for a long time. I now own a restaurant in Longmont Colorado called Storyville Creole Cafe.
I'm married and have one child.
