Jon's Story
Life
IÂm currently a full-time student at an art school in San Francisco. I work part time with the school and I hold an internship. I go out a lot! IÂm going to take a break and try to snowboard this winter. IÂm going to go rock climbing in a couple of weeks. IÂm soo looking forward to that!
YAAAY!! Time for a sulk-story!!
IÂve been single for a couple of years. IÂve been taking a break from the drama relationships bring into my life. As I look around, all I see are disappointments in people as no one knows what they want in life. Again and again, I hear the same thing from people but when what they say they want stares in their eyes, they always turn their back.
At any rate, I hope everyone is living their lives thru their dreams and I hope everyone is well. IÂd love to hear an email from ya!

School
I still remember the days when my friends and I would hang around the steps and play Âtag football with a hacky sack, completely destroying the grass on the field that we use to play on. When I got blocked hard enough to knock me on my back and I flipped on my head. A photographer took a picture of that. I laugh, only wishing that IÂd seen that picture. I remember playing football on lunch with actual JV players. Then, during next period, IÂd come into class with my shirt all ripped apart, my skin tainted with the grass and dirt.
I smile when I think about those days. Also, in my eyes today, I see a lot that I wish IÂd seen in those days. I was a dork. A tall guy with long hair and a trench coat who had no nerve. Thinking about it, I often wonder what happened. I was such a dork. I suppose IÂm still a dork. ^.^v
There is one thing that is burned into my memory. I remember there was this girl I liked. I wanted to get to know her. The...Expand for more
re were times where she would sit out in the sun with her friends. The sun would be in her eyes, so I would stand between her and the sun to block the light from her eyes. I would stand there all lunch. I remember when I asked for her number, she said no. She said, ÂItÂs a stupid number. After that, itÂs kind of a blur.
College
College is rough. My first two years were spent in Sacramento. There, I was doing good in college. I was focused. I had motivation. Nothing to stop me. Although there were personal reasons why I stayed focused, I had focus nonetheless. After those two years, I moved to San Francisco (as of Oct Â04), my current residence. Down here is a totally different ballpark. New land. New environment. The only bad thing is that the motivation from the previous two years has left. Now, I spend a lot of my nights playing games and watching movies. I go out often, going to parks, beaches, movies, or hanging out at someoneÂs place. I spend little time with homework and work. I need to get my act together.
Workplace
I did a lot of odd things after high school. I took a break from school and went head first into a brick wall. Uh, I mean.. The job field. I worked fast food for a while. CarlÂs Jr., Del Taco, Jack in the Box. I also worked as a credit card promoter. Gah, what a nightmare! ManyÂa stories there. I worked as a cab driver. That was my Tekken Tag Tournament days, where IÂd leave the car at the arcades at Bird Cage to play a few games. Granted, IÂd always lose, it was fun! I loved it! I also worked on an oil rig. Dangerous work. But I still think itÂs beautiful in Alaska! I wish to return there again soon. Probably after college. Right now, I work for a game company as a special effects intern. For monies, I work at the school IÂm going to. So far, IÂm loving every bit of both my internship and my work!
