Right after high school I traveled part of the world (on US Army dime) when I got out I became a bum for a few years. Hitched around the country, stopping where ever to work when I needed money. Got married in 1983 and settled in Sacto CA till 1991. Got two wonderful children during that time. Moved back to Belleville in 1991 and got divorced shortly after. My 6yr old son and 3yr old daughter stayed with me. Raised them alone till 1993 when I met Lisa. She came with a 6 month old daughter. We married in 1996 and have been together ever since. Our children have grown and gone. All three are happy healthy and successful in life. I can’t take too much credit for that. Lisa was/is a fabulous mom. I probably spent more time with them but lisa has always been ‘the boss’. We both worked but lisa was working night shift as an RN.
