Attended Marist HS from '74-'77. Attended Sheldon HS from '77-'78. Attended UofO briefly in '79. US Navy from 1980 to 1985. Stationed in San Diego, Great Lakes naval base, Orlando FLA, Guantanamo Bay Cuba, and finally Norfolk VA on the USS Independence CV-62. Got married to Judy Froehlich in 1984. Out of the Navy in 1985. Attended Electronics Computer Programming Institute in 1985. Graduated #1 in my (admittedly small) class with a 3.76 average. rn in Leesburg VA in 1986. Worked for Computerland of Norfolk (retail) as a computer technician in 1988. Worked for City of Norfolk IT Dept from 1989-1998. Daughter Brynn born in Norfolk VA in 1993. On an act of faith, and seeking cooler weather, Judy and I quit our jobs and moved to the west coast in 1998. Worked for Olympia Computer Central (retail) in 1998 as a computer technician. In 1999, I took a position working for Timberland Regional Library in Olympia, WA. as (you guessed it) a computer technician. Hey, it's steady work...
