Life Just in case anyone wonders, I usually went by the name of 'David' (my middle name) rather than my first name back in high school. But because University registrars can't be bothered with middle names on class lists, it became too much of a pain to be explaining to harried professors & grad students that a name spelled 'Jonathan' was pronouned 'David' (old George Carlin joke).
