Joseph's Story
School
I was way too quiet. So quiet that I'm sure people were wondering, "what's he up to". All I was doing was cruisin' below the radar and tryin' to get the hell out of school!
College
Some things that I'll never forget:
1. Contemporary Civilization's "Ramblin' Man" Prof. Cawley.
2. Chemistry Prof. Werner Klemperer's total confusion.
3. Victor Grubbamore
Workplace
I've been with NYCT longer than anywhere else. The management makes it tougher to work there than rude passengers. As retirement gets closer each day, I love the job more each day.
I always wanted to be a baseball player when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a crazy idea. As it turns out, they were right.

l State
Listen to R&B music or lift weights to blow off the tremendous steam created by a daily commute from the Poconos to NYC. This may end with retirement in July 2010, but with the economy as it is...who knows?
Graduate Stuff
The three years after Columbia were wasted at USC. I wanted to become a lawyer. Things just did not work that way, but the weather was nice. The winter of 1976-77 was one of the coldest that I can recall in NYC. So the Southern California experience wasn't all bad.
Retirement
Now living in Stockbridge, GA. Been here since Dec. 2010. Came to be closer to my wife's parents, but I like the place so much that if I were here just visiting, I would choose to remain here.
