Joseph ( Joe )'s Story
Ok, Anyone who really knows me, And grew up with me since Elementary School at Mt View !! Then I went to C.V.T. Gilbert for 6th grade, and Del Robison for Jr. High !! Then Of course Eldorado High School !!
Upon Graduation, I did some construction, and worked for a couple of production merchandise companies !!
After that, I did a 1 Year Internship at KLAS TV-8, I worked as an On Scene Live Cameraman, And Studio Cameraman, for weekly Programs, spot news, and nightly news, "LIVE telecasts" !! Then went to KTNV TV-13, also as a Cameraman & On Scene And Studio Camera, as well ! I also did Audio Tech / Engineer,Chyron, Master Control Operator, & Video Tape Editor, etc.... For A Little Over 2 yeats !
I then moved to Boston, so I could Attend Berklee School Of Music,While working for an ABC Afiliate there, And Got My Degree In Music Theory & Appreciation and Recording Engineer & Production !! I Then Pursued my dream, of playing music Professionally!!
I then settled down w my Wife, of now 16 Years, who I met In Boston, as she was attending Medical School There, At Boston U & Med Center, and is a Trauma Surgeon, ( Specializing in Pediatric Trauma)!! But Works On All Trauma Patients, Now !! And Our Twins, Crisstofer Joseph ( Cj ) & Caitlynn Elizabeth !! They Are AMAZING, It's Fun To Watch Them And See Their Young Minds At Work ! Yet DEPRESSING, That They're Functioning At A Higher Level, Than Me !! LoL
We Now Have a 60 Acre Ranch, A Beautiful Log Home, We helped design and build,( That We're VERY PROUD OF )in the South ( Arkansas Actually )!! Where My Wife, was born & raised ! We have a big 18 acre lake out back, stocked w Bass, Catfish, Bluegill, Crappie,Perch etc... We Have Horses, My Bull Mastiff Hendrix & Boxer Harley! Started as a joke & It STUCK, "LMAO" also, some Very Tame Deer, and Other wildlife here, that are like Pets, they'll eat right from your hand ( The Deer that is )!
I'm Currently a Music Therapist with Mentally Challenged Children, and absolutely LOVE, What I Do ! The AUTISTIC, and Children with other OBSTACLES,Or"Special Needs"! Being able to CONNECT and Enjoy The Music, and the feeling I Get, from watching them as they enjoy, and or get the VIBE, Seeing Them After Learning a Piece of MUSIC, And seeing how they feel afterwords, it's "PRICELESS" & INCREDIBLY REWARDING !! More So, Than ANYTHING else, I've ever done!!
No Amount of money, or fame / status, can give me what my kids ( Students / clients ), Give me, when they light up, and they actually can sit and play something even if its just a few bars, The accomplishment and progress and the dramatic effect on them, "And The Profound Meaning, In Their Lives" and to be a part of that, IS TRULY SPECIAL !!
I'm here hoping to reconnect with my old friends I grew up with, some I've already connected with, yet Others ex... Erik Rodahl, Kevin Folk, Nancy Bennett, Doug Krueger, Gary Cutting, Jim Larsen,Tracy Mieries, Grant Henderson,Mark Klaumenzer,Donnie Ver-Plank,and Many Others! From Sunrise Trailer Estates,The Rec Center, And Just Riding BMX & Dirt Bikes,Playing Football & Baseball, "Life In General" And The LOOOOONG HISTORY Many Of Us Shared ! I Hope To Hear From, Any or All, Of Them !!
