Joseph's Story
Perhaps the biggest surprise I learned in life was thinking I knew what I wanted. You may or may not relate, but I went right out of high school into college and on track to graduate in 2007.
To my surprise that focus shifted when events within my life affected my direction and, although bad at first, helped me discover myself. I went from being an ASU ...Expand for more
student to holding down two jobs and studying, and later taking a break and flying the across country. Along the way I learned to live.
Now it is 2008 (soon to be 2009) and I have come full circle. I have a job that I enjoy, own a home with my spouse in Gilbert, and we are foster parents.
I guess it is no surprise that we sometimes learn the hard way.
