After graduating from Lakeland High School I went into the U.S. Army as a Private and somehow retired 20 plus years later as a Major. In the civilian world I was an engineer and I retired from the computer electronics industry 2016. In the last 20 years before I retired I had worked as a engineer and/or manager in the semiconductor industry (IBM, Dominion Semiconductor, Toshiba, Micron, etc.) pertaining to the fabrication of computer chips. I have six children and am proud of each of them. My oldest daughter is a homemaker, a daughter who is a nurse, a son who is a professor at the University of Arizona, two sons who served in the Army and a daughter who served in the Navy. My eldest son was in the Army for over 10 years and served overseas during the conflicts in Bosnia. My youngest son served in the Army Infantry.
