Joseph's Story
I did what I said I was going to do in the Yearbook. I went through the USAF Aviation Cadet program and earned my Wings and commission.. Then went on to Advanced Combat training (think Top Gun) to be trained as a Jet Fighter Pilot. Flew three versions of the F-86 fighter, then flew the Del ANG four engine C-97 to places around the word and then the C-130. After 27+ years (Part time) of service retired from the guard. time I went back to college and earned a Degree in Aeronautical Engineering. worked at Northrup Aircraft and All American Engineering Company at DuPont Airport and did some interesting clandestine projects, had career changes due to economic downturn and ended up in Houston, Tx in the Oil & Gas industry. Retired comfortably as Project Manager at 62. Now living in The Woodlands, Tx , Rated as the best place to live in the country. ( Google it)
