Joseph's Story
Life
Living in beautiful Salt Lake City with two dogs, three motorcycles, two bicycles, skis, snowshoes, running shoes, and a Subaru. Oh, yeah, and a computer for my work. I was married to the most wonderful woman who helped me define my life, whose epic battle against cancer was a striking example of courage and strength to everyone who met her. She died in February 2007.
I make a living working primarily for ports and other maritime groups on clean air issues related to all the ships and equipment bustling around those places. Not many ports here in...Expand for more

I spent forever in college at OU, 7 years mostly part-time, working full-time at "interesting" jobs like Central State Hospital and the local sewage treatment plant. Then 9 years with the State Health Department, during which I earned a Master of Public Health degree. The health department was followed by 9 years in Pennsylvania and Texas with a large environmental consulting firm, and for the past 7 or so years have been with my current small consulting group.
