Joseph's Story
Life
Since '76, Marine Corps., graduated Lincoln Tech, became an HVAC service technician, married Sheri Oppenheim in '84, lived in Manassas, VA., employed with IBM Mannassas '84 to '94, moved to Warrenton, VA., daughter Allison born in '90, moved to Fredericksburg, VA., employed with Southern Air to start up a new office in Fredericksburg '99, took over the Southern Air office in Richmond, VA. in '01, divorced in '02, moved to Richmond '02.
My beautiful 24 year old daughter would have to be my best accomplishment. She is now engaged to Eric with wedding planned in January 2015. I am very proud of her. Her mother, Sheri and I are friends.
My career really couldn't be much better. I manage 18 technicians and two salesmen...Expand for more
and a service manager out of my office. The last three years have been very profitable and rewarding. I'm always looking for more HVAC technicians to hire.
As far as me, I'm very fortunate to have found my best friend Ruth, going on seven years of marriage bliss. She got me hooked on tennis and I'll play 3-4 times a week, swing my golf clubs once a week and work out 3 times a week. We live in beautiful Manakin Sabot in Goochland, just west enough from Richmond. I still have Jake my German Short Haired Pointer. We sit on our screened in porch and watch all of the O's games.
