Life
I have finally retired (wooo-hooo!)after 30 years with the US Postal Service. My wife Linda has retired after 35 years teaching in Hernando County. We have two grown children, Christie, who works for Hernando County Parks and Recreation, and Stephen, who works for Syniverse as a Global Account Manager. Christie has an AA Degree and Stephen a Masters Degree. We have two grandsons, Michael 23 and Jordan 16. We now have a 7 year old granddaughter name Kathryn Sherea, and a great-grandson, Michael Jr. Since retiring, we have moved to High Point. . I have two poems published by the Poetry Guild. I also try to while away as many hours playing golf as I can get by with(I am still married you know). I am writing my next novel, also a western, though this one is purely fictional. I am a member of BMI Music association. I had triple by-pass heart surgery in July of 2009 and lost 125 pounds but have put some of that back on. I am working diligently to get it back off again. Heart still trying to kill me, last attempt was this past Monday. Good Lord must have more in mind for me here on earth. See you at the next reunion. For now, BYE!
