At PS 123 I hung around with boy's named Richie Giglio,Joey Mirabella, Pipitone(Benny?),Anthony Bucalo, Joey Milatello. I went to both the Starr and Willoughby movie theater's in those days.I was an avid comic book reader.After 5th grade I went to PS 74 and because my parent's wrote a note telling the teacher's I had a murmer of the heart,I wasn't allowed by the gym teacher Mr. Bergman to play sport's.(Don't do that to your children and grandchildren.) I used to deliver the Herald Tribune in the school and some young tough's robbed me once and I turned them in. After grad I went to Bushwick High and stayed there 6 months.My grade's were very low and I wasn't interested in the subject matter at the time. I transfered to ENYVHS and it was fine for a couple of years.I earned the highest grades in the school. Unfortunately they posted those grades in the school walls and that's when all hell broke loose. I was beaten up by a gang of rowdy's who called me "teacher' pet".I was interested in Auto Shop and loved fixing car's.I had to transfer to GWVHS and my new subject was watch making.When it come's to working with very small parts my hands are like a gor...Expand for more
