Joseph's Story
Life
Married now to Claudia for 7 years and we have a beautiful 2.5 year old daughter, Chiara.
I've lived in a number of different places since graduation: Mazatlan and Cancun (1993-94), Peru (2004-05), and Miami (1998-2004 and 2006).
I am currently working as a Professor at the University of Miami, and last year I took a year off to work for an Advertising ...Expand for more
firm (Leo Burnett) as Chief Strategic Planner in Peru.
I still surf as much as I can and fly out to Long Beach 3 times a year to visit friends and family.
College
Received a B.A. in Economics from CSULB in 1996.
Received a double M.A. in Spanish and Economics in 1998.
Received a Ph.D. from the University of Miami in Foreign Languages and Literatures in 2005.
