My Life
I live with my husband John (Butch) and we have been married 37 years. We were married in Oct. of 72.

My Pets
I have a Golden Retriever named Macy. She will be 5 years old in July of 2010. I have 2 cats. 1 is a calico named "Emmie". She is just a sweetheart. She is 9 years old. My other cat is a gold tabby. His name is "Eddison" and he is also 9 years old.
My Kids
My youngest just graduated in May of this year (2008). He is thinking about joining the Army. In some ways this is good. The jobs in MI aren't all that plentiful right now so if he joins he will at least have a income. Who knows....maybe he will like it and make a career out of it. I now have all 6 kids raised.
My Job

don't miss punching the time clock at all. I started out as a long distance operator at Michigan Bell and went back to school to be a RN. I took at the classes and was just waiting to get into the program. While I waited I worked as a nurses aide and that's when I decided I didn't want to be a nurse. I went from there into secretary work and just loved it. After I was established as a secretary I moved to northern MI with my husband and kids and that's when I started my photography business. My husband will retire this September (2008) and I see some traveling in my future. I can be reached at gemmy23 at gmail dot com.
I don't really have very many happy memories of high school. It is pretty hard when you are not in the "popular" group and are not accepted for who you are. This is something I found very strange since we attended a Catholic school. I have since left the Catholic religion.
