Joyce's Story
After high school I spent a few years in the Air Force.I briefly returned to New Orleans and began my family. I moved to Bogalusa, La. in 1988. I was blessed with one daughter and two sons(pictured). I have also been blessed with 5 grandchildren. I am recently returning to Bogalusa from Austin, Texas after 3 years. herself alone. All praises to God that He lead me to find her in safety, returning her to her precious New Orleans this past October.
I have been an entrepreneur, a bi-lingual (Spanish) visiting teacher, as well as a reading interventionist in the Bogalusa School District.
Education is paramount in my life and I choose to participate in the process in as many ways as opportunity presents.
