Joyce's Story
Graduated attended Umiversity of Miami Oxford, Ohio in 1968 graduated from Akron School of Practical Nursing passed Ohio Nursing Boards then headed to Denver Colorado ,in 1972 met my husband while skiing at Loveland in January 1972 his name is Thomas C. Schimmer from Danbury Iowa we got engaged May of '72 married November 4 '72 at Immaculate Conception in Ravenna,then moved to Danbury Iowa my husband had his own business. On December 19 '75 we had a son we named him Ryan Thomas in 1994 he graduated from Maple Valley High School in Mapleton Iowa then attended the University of Iowa in Iowa City Iowa he graduated with Doctorate degree in Pharmacy he lives in Centennial Colorado works as a clinical Pharmacist for ,Kaiser Permaete,married to Jenny also a Doctor Of Pharmacy fron University of Colorado working also at Kaiser Foundation they have 2...Expand for more
children ,our grandkids, Patrick Ryan 4yrs old and Molly Ann 2 yrs old ,they both attend Goddard School. On April 7,1980 Tom and I had our second son ,Joel Robert , he to attended Maple Valley High graduating in 1998 then on to Iowa State University Ames Iowa in 2003 he graduated with degree in Constructional Engineering took postion .with Whiting-Turner Company in California working at Stanford University building Medical buildings since his graduation fron Iowa State ,he lives in San Francisco and will marry Jamie next June 2012 in California, Jamie graduated from the University of Missouri in Business she works for a PR firm In San Franciisco. I am retired traveling to see my sons and grandkids I worked as Charge Nurse most of my life,except for when I raised my family I stayed at home
