Joyce's Story
Granite high ended and U of U began. After school plus working it was time for a vacation with friends from Olympus High. We were going to go around Europe but some parents weren’t for it.. so we ended up in Hawaii for the summer. 1 out of 3 went back for school. We started at U of Hawaii for some classes … met others from all over the world & lots of colleges in the US. Loved it all, 2 yrs later met and married Sean who played baseball for University of Hawaii. Moved to Seattle where he finished school at University of Washington. Had 3 beau...Expand for more
tiful children and lived there 12 years. Transferred to Chicago with United Airlines And lived there 11 yrs ( Crystal lake). Next transferred to Colorado Springs after 12 retired and moved to Dallas. Everywhere we’ve lived I’ve loved. 3 married children have given us 11 awesome grandchildren . Must admit I wasn’t overjoyed about moving to Texas. Not many people we know here are actually from Texas. But now and than someone will say little darling or bless their heart. Life is good and not always easy but we are blessed in spite of ourselves.
