Joyce's Story
Life
I am single with one grown daughter and two cats. I've lived a number of places including Norfolk, VA and Boston, MA. I lived in St. Joseph, MI from 1981 to 2000 when I moved to Grand Ledge, MI. In 2004 I moved to Buffalo, NY and in 2005 I moved to Tallahasse, Fl where I still reside.
Workplace

onversions. I joined the Michigan Child Support Project. My experiences there included, site support, classroom training, business process analysis and preconversion data clean up. In 2004 I moved to Buffalo, NY where I worked as the lead Business Analyst for a Child Welfare system conversion. In 2005 I accepted an offer to join the Florida Child Support Enforcement Project where I continue to work.
The past seven years have been a daily learning experience and currently I am preparing to take a Project Management exam.
