Well, Bella Joy is now walking and Jeremy is nearly there! My dad was well over 6ft tall, and Jeremy looks to be following in his footsteps! Lesley and Jason are now in Spokane, where he has taken the position of neonatologist at Sacred Heart and Deaconess hospitals, and is very happy. The job in Washougal didn't work out. Jason's dad, Dan, is the new principal at the day academy there, and his mom Patti is running the daycare. I feel very blessed.

A lot has happened in the last 4 years. My youngest, Colin, and his wife Mistie now have a 4 month old daughter named Bellalina Joy, and my daughter Lesley and her family are now living in Washougal!!! Her husband Jason is in charge of the Neonatal Unit at Southwest Hospital in Vancouver, and they just had a baby boy named Jeremy Daniel on the 3rd of November!! I'm very blessed.
2011
Well, things have changed drastically since my last posting! Iain passed away suddently in April of 2008, just before his 71st birthday. We were heading for our 41st year of marriage, and our youngest, Colin, was married that August. It was quite an emotional year for us. Now Colin and his wife are expecting their first child next July.

wing for a job. We are hoping he will be able to find something here in the N.W.
Iain is still working at Safeco, but hopes to retire in a couple of years. I've been out of the work force for about 5 years now, but have just finished a correspondence course to do medical transcription, hopefully at home. It's extremely interesting, and very flexible as to how much work you want to do at any given time.
Our oldest son, Jake, graduated from the academy in '80, and now has two small children: Connor Xuan, 4, and Quinn An, 2. Our daughter Lesley, who graduated in 74, is married, living in Loma Linda (where her husband Jason is just ready to graduate from med school.) They'll be down there another three years at least, while Jason does his residency at L.L. Lesley teaches 3rd grade at La Sierra Elementary. They have two baby girls, Dana 2, and Emily 5 mos.
Our youngest, Colin, graduated from AA in 76, and lives in Seattle with Jake, while he goes to the UW, hoping to graduate with a PolySci major.
UPDATE!: Colin just graduated from the UW in June, with a poly/sci degree, and is now engaged to a sweet young lady named Mistie. The wedding is planned for August of next year.
Also, Iain turned 70 the same weekend as Colin's graduatiation, so we had a double celebration for both!!
We live in the Sumner/Orting valley in a 55+ park, and love it!
