Judah's Story
Life is so interesting and has many twists and turns. I left Rochester in 92 to move to Miami. I longed for something different and Miami was everything I hoped it would be. I was a full time nanny, a court appointed advocate and was in school full time. I enjoyed the energy and culture of Miami. After being there almost 4 years I moved back home. I was back in Rochester for about 2 years before moving to Atlanta. My sister was there and encouraged me to move. It was the best thing I did career wish and for our relationship. The entire 3.5 years I was there my sister and I lived together and I continued to get promoted. Shortly after 911 an employer called me with a job opportunity in San Francisco. I had fallen in love with San Francisco a few years earlier and declined a job in LA so it was the perfect opportunity. I moved to the San Francisco Bay area without any family of support but it was the greatest move of my life. I have now been in the bay Area for over 6 years...Expand for more
and love everything about it. I truly consider this to be home (considering I have only been back to the East Coast 1x). My last job was as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. I was at the top of my game and was wondering what was next. I owned several businesses on the side, A Nanny Agency and the last passion was confections. Through the nanny agency I worked with some of the 49er families and decided that was not what I wanted but the confections lingered. I started Sing Praises Confection 2 days after being laid off from my last job and absolutely adore what I am doing. You can read more about it at wwwdotohsingpraisesdotcom
I am not married and have no children but I can honestly say that I am 100% content. By not having a family it has allowed me to grow my business. I trust the timing of it all and know that it will happen at the perfect time for me!
Oh yeah, my first love was Mr. Lionel Lee and he will always have a special place in my heart. We remain good friend.
