Judith's Story

Hi Everyone! I attended Lennox High School and also Inglewood High School. Would have been in class of 1964 but I got married, moved to New Jersey and graduated with a GED diploma instead. I continued my education and became a Personnel Director, an insurance agent and finally (getting my CMM - Certified Medical Manager certification) I became the Manager for a very successful surgical practice in Easton, Pennsylvania. I have been in this job for 24 years. I also live in Easton. I have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. My oldest daughter, Bridgette, still lives in California (Santa Maria) and is a teacher, but my other children live in New Jersey. We live on the border of NJ and PA. My favorite school days were at Larch Avenue School in Lennox, where I enjoyed many friends: Tom Sutherland, Linda Johnson, Anita Smith, Rodney Finch, Sharon Scott, Ralph Ford, ...Expand for more
Bill Myers, Karen Maspero, Robert Lefler, Robert Uva, Russell Lusch, Larry West, Galen Gunderson, Lynn Vaughn, just to name a few. Do you know any of these people? It has been a really long time since I thought of many of them, but they made my childhood a happy time. We moved when I was in 8th grade and I didn't get to graduate with these kids. I went to Crozier Jr. High, and then Inglewood High, and finally in my Junior year, I got a transfer to Lennox. I was dating a young Italian man from New York, who was a bit older then me, and we got married and moved East. Anyway, against all odds, we have been together since! We both pretty much grew up together and raised our family. Now we enjoy our grandchildren, like to travel, and I hope to retire soon. The one thing I miss living in the East, is never seeing any of my childhood friends. Judy (Cook) DePalma
