Life
I retired 4/1/06 from the State (25 yrs). I stayed home about 9 months working on projects, then found a part-time job at JC Penneys as of 2/27/07. Stayed with JCP 5 years - couldn't handle the standing any more.
Married to Adam for 23 years as of July 2015. My daughter, Brenda has been working for the state since August 2007. She finally married in Sept of 2013. She'll be 38 in Dec 2015 and is just now thinking of having a baby!
My hobbies consist of reading, going to movies, and remodeling my house. So far, I have a 50's themed dining area, a sci-fi themed living room, next on deck is remodeling the master bath.

ike to get to Scotland. Since a lot of my trips involve taking Mom, they are usually gambling destinations. Finally making it to Hawaii June 2015.
Lost my older sister Alida in Dec 2012. Mom turned 89 in May 2015. As long as we take her to a casino at least once a month - she keeps going. I put a bicycle flag on her scooter so I can find her as she's quick going from machine to machine.
I have 3 grandchildren - stepdaughter Anna had two : Miles 8 Ella 4 and Brenda's husband Chris has Tyler (16). they took over his upbringing for the past 5 years now. Been keeping in touch with fellow classmates through FaceBook. Looking forward to 50th in 2019. Passing the chore to Sharon Bennett to put together.
