Judith's Story

This picture is of my favorite pet Hercules - he is a rescue and without him I probably would not be walking right now. May 22, 2006 I had massive back surgery and was told that I would not walk again. Well, someone forgot to let the surgeon know that no one can tell me "NO" or "Never". I proved them wrong and this was with the help of little Hercules who required to be taken out for his daily wa...Expand for more
lks. I can not walk far, but have managed to go a whopping 2 miles a day. Now, from nothing to this is great! Thank you Hercules!!!!! LOL And yes - I have managed to loose 30 pounds since this picture was taken - and unfortunately I was eating at this point when my husband snapped the picture. Hercules was perched on my shoulder waiting for the proper time to pounce on the next bite I took.
