Lived in Provence, France with my French husband for 5 years. His death was traumatic and heart breaking but I stayed an re-built our villa on a small river overlooking a Roman bridge and our swimming pool. What a delight to live among the French and visit other countries in Europe on a frequent basis enjoying and respecting their cultures. In 2005 I threw in the proverbial French hand towel and moved back to Winter Park, Florida for two years wondering where to make a new nest??? Sarasota, Fla. hit the spot as I have had a home on Captiva Isle. and loved the lifestyle and the S.W. Coast, in general and I am very happy here as a member of the Sarasota Yacht club where I enjoy the other members, friends, fine dining in Sarasota and taking a coat or two off of the dance floor on Friday evenings. Yahoo! Waaay too many frogs in the dating arena. UGE! In May of 2010 I re-married the former lead counsel for Schlumberger International a company dealing with Oil and Gas (David Stuart Browning) and currently live in University Park Country Club adjacent to downtown Sarasota complete with "the" cat and "the" dog.
