After several years in Boulder, CO, where my daughter went to co...Expand for more
llege, I bought a townhome in downtown Denver. It has a rooftop terrace and a walk score of 95. Because of this, I'm thriving as an Airbnb host. It pays the mortgage, funds my vacations and I get to meet a lot of interesting people. Sooo much better than a J-O-B :-)
