I am involved in education and advocacy in the mental health area. I work on reducing stigma and educating the larger community along with family members and close loved ones affected by these illnesses.

I have a mini dachshund and an Airdale terrier.
I always wanted to be an artist when I grew up. My family thought that was a poor idea. As it turns out, they were partially right. I have recently begun dabbling in art and photography and love it.
