Judy's Story
Life
I spend most of my current work time in front of a computer or on conference calls for an e-commerce co. out of new york city as a performance manager. Most of my career I worked for a company who had major fortune 500 companies as clients. During all those years I was working for Discover Card (one of our clients) managing performance of acquisition and new business. Many years working there till a huge tech company backed by HP bought the company for the relationship we built with our clients and closed us down just 6 months after they bought us. So now I work from my home on my computer. As years pass you think of all the people you knew and loved starting with Fieldcrest and Tinley park. The new friends or employees hired, I had over the years always seem to remind me of the people I grew up with, kinda like keeping you with me even tho time moves us away. As much as I ditched high school, even I'm surprised all I have accomplished since then. I wish everyone success/happiness & good health. I have a 140 year old house which always needs attention. I bought it when I was 26 and still here. Had to tear walls down and gut before moving in, so home improvement shows are big here. gold honda civic with my friends. Lucky me someone else had a gold honda civic and when my father would check if I got to school he would see the other one. Which is how I ended up missing on many school days. Finally getting caught 2 weeks before my Jr year ended and was grounded for life. If I remember it lasted only 1 month. Making all the fun worth it. One memory I'l never forget is when Danny Dixon in jr high getting hit by a Social studies teacher, I made my parents report it, they made a big stink about it, I was so shocked when he went flying off the chair. What ever happened to Danny Dixon? I heard it was the teachers final year and was fired because of it, but I was never sure if what I was being told as a kid was true or they just wanted me to forget about it. But Danny Dixon I never did. Also I remember our highschool years, At the last minute just Throwing pillows in a car and taking off for Wisconsin Dells for the weekend with friends. The whole fieldcrest gang spending hours in Jr Ochoa's basement just goofing around and the long marathon monopoly games with Harvey Ortega, Brian Clawson and Sandy Wachdorf at the club house in Scarboughfare. Too bad everything isn't as simple and easy as it was back then. Stay happy and Healthy everyone.
