Judy's Story
AFter high school, I went away to Santa Barbara for college. A week after graduation, I got married there. Ed and I moved to San Diego. We both did social work there and he earned an MSW at San Diego State. While he was there he founded a crisis clinic in Logan Heights. d another son, and when both were in school I returned to college for a teaching credential. I taught elementary school for 23 years. I just retired. Together we have performed with the Western Stage, a theater company here in Salinas, and have been a part of Amadeo, an eclectic musical ensemble where we could perform some of the songs we have written. In the time I have now I can give more attention to cooking and needlecraft, both of which I love.
