Judy's Story
After leaving highschool just a couple of month before graduation, how dumb was that, I worked with my Mom in the family rest,(Allen's carryout) until she got remarried and sold the business. I lived in Dundalk for a couple of years, where I met my husband. In 81 we moved to the hills of southwestern Virginia, I mean the hills too, right in the heart of coal country. o Florida where my Dad, little brother, and one of my older sisters had relocated. spread from palm beach to the keys. I haven't looked back since. I love FL, most all of my surviving family is here now. Mom passed away in 1986, but the rest of are doing pretty good. My husband Ray and I have the house to ourselves again and I see no problem with "empty nest". Both kids are still in Fl so I can keep up with them fairly easy.
