Judy's Story
I was in the Future Nurses Club during high school & became a real life nurse. I went to Nursing School after my children were born. There was always this desire & knowledge in me that I am a nurse, so I decIded to do what I was meant to do with my life. God had given my life a deep sense of joy and fulfillment & so I wanted to give my life helping others where ever I could. Other than my children, & my faith, my profession has given my life meaning on so many different levels.
I live in a beautiful place, Northern CA where there is lots of open space, clean air, and beautiful wild life that is free. My children are grown & I have 4 grandchildren. All give meaning to my life & I am grateful.
My life has not been an easy one, like most folks I know, & I have learned that easy is not promised us. The bumps along the road have made me strong & a lot more compassionate.
My latest favorite quote is; "There may be chaos all aroun...Expand for more
t me but it is not within me because I am at peace." Unknown
My next favorite is; " Our lives are constantly being changed by those who love us & those who refuse to love us." also unknown.
I like silly jokes, learning anything new, (just started a Spaninh class), walking, reading non fiction rather than fiction, TV (detective stories), Biography, Halmark Channel, CSI, Bones, doing Suduko puzzels, going to themovies, teaching Sunday School, supporting life from conception to natural death, taking pain away, & lots of other things.
I don't like violance for violance sake in movies or TV, dying my hair, profanity,
anything that takes life away or makes it less valued; like abortion or euthanasia, antisemitism or anti anyones faith, teasing people to hurt their feelings, comics that think it's funny to use fowl language & turnips.
I am a lot more than these few paragraphs. If you remember me from school, please lets get in touch.
