Judy's Story
Judy is from San Diego, California. Her schools include Alice Birney, Andrew Jackson, Horace Mann Jr. High, La Jolla High School, Hoover High School. She later attended Brigham Young University and San Diego State University (Business and Art Majors).
Judy's interests include Art quilts. Music she likes includes Andrea Bocelli, Steely Dan. Books she likes include 1776 by David McCullough. TV shows are becoming rare but likes include Cooking shows, The Five and Duck Dynasty.
I have lived in San Diego all my life except for the year I traveled back to Provo, Utah to attend Brigham Young Univ. with Bonnie Umholtz in 1960. I then returned and finished up at State College (San Diego State University) and married Patrick O'Connor. I worked as Assistant to the Specialist in Home Economics and Industrial Education at the Education Center- San Diego City Schools for two years I then took a Maternity Leave from that job and when I was ready to return to work my job was no longer available so I transitioned to private industry where I first worked as a legal secretary for Brundage, Williams and Zellman and then got my real estate license and have worked in both sales and property management for West Valley Realty and Crown Investment Group for a little over 40 years. (Wow....I didn't realize it was that long!)
I'm divorced from Patrick O'Connor and have two sons and four grandchildren, Patrick, Devyn, Jack and Kelly. I spend as much time as I can with them and enjoy time away from town at my place in Julian, CA, my brother's place in the Desert, or at the Company's beach house at the Shores and R&R whenever I can.
