After graduating I continued on in "13th" grade at Bucks Community college. When I was into my second yr., my mother became very ill and I was forced to drop out to care for her. Mom passed away in 1977, and somehow I never made it back to school. I had already met my future husband and we quietly married in 1978. My only son, Christopher, was born in 81. I was divorced in 84. I started and ran my own house cleaning company untill 1996 when I sold out and became a personal assistant for a doctor and his ailing wife. Even though I am now retired . The good doctor has passed away, however his wife and I have developed a very close relationship, and she has become like a 2nd mother to me. It's funny how fate filled that empty spot for me! In 1998 I remarried. My husband Larry and I have been together for 12 years now. Besides my son Chris, I have 2 stepsons, Lance and Luke. Chris and Lance are both 27 now, working for different companies in the area (Chris is also a struggling musician waiting to make it big!) and the youngest, Luke is 21 and in his Junior year at Penn State studying to be an engineer like his Dad. We have a wonderful old farmhouse and 2 acres in Warminster. Now that I am retired I enjoy spending as much time as I can working in my garden and taking care of all my pets. Yes, I am probably going to be one of those crazy old ladies with a dozen cats! I own 7 at the moment. I was doing volunteer work for a cat rescue group for years, although I am not involved with them at the moment. The kids call me the Cat Whisperer! We also have a dippy black Lab and a cockatiel.
