Judy's Story
After High School Johnnie Cooley and I rented an apartment in Bellflower. We were both still 17 and our rent was $100 for a 2 bedroom. We were way too young and innocent but it was a positive experience. We would go to Catalina all the time and we had so many great times. I was married in 1965 to a nice fellow from Southgate who became a policeman there. We had two daughters and enjoyed those early years so very much. ys devoted to our daughters. They are 43 and 45 now and both have given us alot of joy plus 3 Grandchildren. I am still working! I am working for a Law Corp and love my job so much I don't want to retire yet. So as long as iI am able to get going each a.m. I will stay employed. I never remarried and many times wish I had as life is much better when you have someone to share it with.I love to walk,read and GAMBLE....and I look forward to see my classmates next fall.
