Judy's Story
Hi!
I now spell my name with an "Ie" on the end, not a "y", so Judy is now Judie, and has been for a long long time. I live in New York City n the Kew Gardens area of Queens, New York, but have always been open to relocating whether in or outside New York City, if the situation presented itself. I have been widowed for a while now and my children are all grown and on their own. I have a son who lives in Florida. I have a passion for the arts in all forms, and enjoy films, theare, art, museums, travel (I have wanted to go to Italy and Paris but have not been there yet; I hear it is really beautiful in Italy and the art and architecture is magnificent!), the outdoors and the country as well as city life, etc., and especially being in the company of someone I really like! Since I am single, I am seeking to meet that "special" someone to share my life with through thick and thin, and to love, cherish and adore, but not suffocate. We all need our space at times. I graduated from Queens College with a B.A. in psychology, but became a legal secretary which I have done for 35 years. I am not working at present, but am seeking a 1-2 day a week position if I can get one. The economy is not very good so attorneys...Expand for more
do not seem to be hiring. However, in my spare time I work out at the gym or at home at least 5-6 days a week, am in great shape, and have been working out for the past 25 years and like the way it makes me look and feel. Do you work out at all? It is certainly not a requirement at all!!! I don't care for the warm weather if it's humid, otherwise, I don't mind it at all, and would move to a warm climate. The winter is o.k., but my favorite seasons are spring and fall. However, I would love to go to San Diego because the weather is perfect there1 I also have heard that San Francisco is nice and I also have been told that the Carolinas, North and South are great and so is New Mexico. I am of the Jewish faith, but not at all relgious,and respect all reliigions, although I am not into organized religion myself.
