Judy's Story
High school seems like about three life-times ago...so much has happened since then. Some things I have enjoyed and some things I am very grateful to have survived, but I think I have learned a lot and grown a lot, so I wouldn't change a thing. I wouldn't like to go through it all again, however. :-)
I now live in Morro Bay, California, and I have worked as Division Assistant for the English Department at Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo since December 2001. I am now the administrative assistant for the English Division Chair, and I take care of 46 English instructors. I do many different things, and that is one of the reasons that I like my job so much...variety. I also love being able to help students reach their educational goals.
Right after high school, I traveled a lot, and I have lived for a year in Mexico (1979) and for three years in Australia (1981-1984).
I was married for 22 years, and I have three sons, two wonderful daughter-in-laws, and two precious grandsons, ages 1 and 3.
