Julia's Story
Life
Just a short line..... I was an Air Force Brat. My dad retired as a Lt. Col. from the Air Force. We were stationed at Army Posts twice... Fitzsimmons in Denver,CO and Wm Beaumont in El Paso, TX.
I graduated from high school in 1971 at Goose Bay, Labrador, Newfoundland, Canada. I went to college at Texas Woman's Univ for one year before receiving my MRS degree in 1972. This marriage lasted for 10 1/2 years and I had three children Jillian 1973, Jennifer 1976, and Scott 1979. I was divorced in 1982. I was a single mom for 4 years until I met my PRINCE CHARMING. r children - Kristlynne 1989, Elizabeth 1990, Jason 1996, and Rianne 1997. My son Scott committed suicide in 2002. My youngest son Jason was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2006. I am a stay at home mom and watch two of my seven grandchildren. I am actively involved in systems of care for children with mental health needs as my two youngest are special needs. I recently returned from a trip to Atlanta where I received more training in systems of care. Life is very busy for us, but we enjoy life and all of the children around us.
I love finding old friends and making new ones.
