Julia's Story
My husband, Michael and I spend several months a year in our cabin in the north woods of Wisconsin. We enjoy snowshoeing, snowmobiling and getting together with friends for game night on a snowy evening. We are not your typical snowbirds. We spend 3 months in Florida in the fall and 3 months in the spring. Winters and summers are spent in Wisconsin. I have gotten accustom to a white Christmas.
My son Scott, graduated from Florida Southern and is in banking in the Orlando area. My daughter, Julie Anne is a Communitive Disease Pathologist at Vanderbilt Medical Institute in Nashville. My oldest son, Allen, died at the young age of 7 after a brief bout with brain cancer. uated from University of Minnesota and lives in Madison, WI where her husband is a Chiropractor. As you can see from my photos we have 10 beautiful grandchildren.
Michael and I have been married for 22 years and life has been wonderful. He is retired from Lockheed Martin Corporation, where he was Director of Facilities and Major Projects. We are very blessed with wonderful children, grandchildren and good health. Retirement has been a total blast and we are so involved in our communities we wonder how we ever had time to work.
We have had the opportunity to travel extensively in the Europe and the USA and have thoroughly enjoyed the many places we have visited over the years.
I am looking forward to attending my very first reunion and getting reacquainted with many of my old friends.
