Julia's Story
Life
My home has been in the south of France for the past 14 years where I live with my 3 children and 2 cats.
I am a Lacanian psychoanalyst (and incidentally a clinical psychologist) working in private practice and in hospital.
Between the first two sentences, there are also 2 years in the U.S., 4 others in France and 8 in Sydney Austrailia --in that order. As well as a marriage and a divorce --also in that order.
In my free time (does anybody really know what that means?) I organiz...Expand for more
e conferences on literature, literary criticism, the plastic arts and psychoanalysis, translate, write and give lectures, go to concerts,the opera, movies, the beach, hike in the garrigues or the Alps. At the moment I'm getting together an exhibition of Charles Pollock's (Jackson's elder brother) work with our National Gallery and loving it.
I'm looking forward to reading about you all --and maybe some one will have news about Mary Callahan (?).
