Julie's Story
Life
I moved from Orange County in 1982 and now live in San Diego County. I went to Santa Ana Valley from 1970 through 1972, after my father died, we moved to Tustin and that's where I graduated from. I'm the mother of 3 great kids and 6 grandkids, 4 grandsons and 2 granddaughters. I'm working for the Federal Government and am going back to San Diego as of the end of August. My son graduated from Culinary School in San Diego and is now working at the Pala Mesa Golf Resort as a Line Chef. I've very proud of his accomplishments and hope to get out to the restaurant and sample his cooking. My daughters also work in San Diego, the oldest one for AAA and my other daughter for Wal-Mart. I have 6 beautiful grandchildren and their ages are 9, 8, 8, 4, 2 and 1 years old. I hope to be able to be in contact with a lot ...Expand for more
of students from my "VALLEY" days. I miss a lot of you. I hope that you're all doing good and have had prosperous lives. I recently got remarried, along with my new husband, inherited 4 grown children and 6 more grandchildren for a total of 7 kids and 12 grandkids.
Workplace
I've been working for the Federal Government for 18 years in the area of Law Enforcement, and believe me, it's been an experience. I've seen so many things, that I realized I should've been a police officer. It's an exciting life, but can also be a lonely life too. You must realize that it takes a special type individual to want to deal with drug dealers and criminals of every kind. I enjoy my work and look forward to retirement. Currently am working in Downtown San Diego, and may possibly be transferring to Honolulu in the future.
