Julie's Story
Life
It's 2008 and I am living and working in Glen Allen, Va, a suburb of Richmond. After graduating from FIU in 1975, I stayed in Coral Gables for a year and them moved back to Atlanta, working for Rich's (now Macy's) Department Store. I was married in 1979 to Larry Anderson (who was the manager of the Riviera Cinema on S Dixie when I met him) and had our son in 1985. We relocated to the Richmond area in 1996 and have been living here since. I started working for First Union, now Wachovia Benk in 1998, managing a call center, I was displaced at the end of 2007 and, after studying to get my PMP, am now a consultant doing project work for Wachovia Securities.
I am still happily married and our son is living in Tampa. As empty nesters, we have 3 dogs (all rescued) and we love to travel.
