Life
Since moving to Colorado from Southern California in 1990, I have owned my own Boutique, been and still am a rep for an Estate jewelry Broker from Palm Beach,Florida, and, have worked for Chart House Enterprises.I"ve also had the privilege of representing the state of Colorado in the 1994 Mrs. USA Pageantry system.Recently, I aquired my parent's Boutique called Blue River Trading Company, here in Grand Junction, Colorado.I'm in the process of adding upscale consignment as well as vintage and classic apparel and jewelry. It's been a challenge, but, one that I'm definitely up for!I have great help, so, I still get plenty of time up on the hill to ski or sun or bike. I have been married to Brad Groll for 27 years and have a wonderful 21 year-old son named David who just graduated from High School.Brad is now a regional supervisor for a small chain of restaurants called Rib City Grill.Fabulo...Expand for more
us food and great employees!! My husband also just happens to bear an uncanny resemblance to our former President "G.W"! Because of this, He travels the country doing impersonations! We also are both actively involved with numerous special needs programs and are advocates for ADA.We recently were appointed a seat on the Governor's Board as state representative's for the developmentally disabled,since our son, David was born with a rare Genetic Disorder called Angelmans Syndrome. We have raised Newfoundland dogs for the past 20 years, and,alway's seem to have a few cats for good measure. We love to ski, bike,and, spend our time outdoors as often as we can.I do miss the Beach at times,but,the scenery here is AWESOME!If anyone ventures out "our way",we'd be more than happy to share the "Wonders" of Colorado!!
