June's Story

Be careful what you ask for you just may get it ! Pray that you have prepared yourself to receive it ! School Stupid me...Jimmy Flowers but really miss my first love Kenny. My all time favorite Richard Hildebrandt, first High school dance, bet you don't remember it Homecoming. The teacher who inspired me most was Ms. Forrest she failed me in Biology and I was devastated. A lesson taught from that was life is not easy and can't expect to get by ...cheating yourself and others. I still miss Peaches Elm, my best Buddy. I named my oldest child after her. I guess she still is with me. I am best friends with my daughter. Speaking of best friends and crazy times Leona Hubbard and I still stay in touch and it's hard to believe I have known her and you if you are reading this for over 30 years! ing old! If I could do school over again, I probably would have took it more seriously, I love taking on-line college classes and doing my required classes to keep my GA Realtor and Appraisal licenses. Learning has become fun and exciting and for some odd reason I don't recall having that same mindset about school. Go figure. Workplace Right of Way -Negotiator I love my job, I buy right of way for local governments and state department of transportation to build or improve roads, sidewalks and bridges. I wear many hats doing this job mostly listening and negotiating with property owners to give up their property for these projects without going to condemnation. Eminent Domain laws allow the government to take land for public use. I am a licensed GA Realtor. I also am a licensed GA Registered Real Property Appraiser.
