Kara's Story
After High School, I sang professionally for a few years. We did a lot of tavelling throughout South and Central America promoting our music. I also had the opportunity of singing the National Anthem at a few sporting events (Panthers, Dolphins, FSU and Marlins). That was fun!
I became a marathon runner in 1998 and completed 4 Marathons since that time....San Diego once and NYC three times. For 11 years now, I have been actively involved in the Make-A-Wish Foundation as a "wish granter." I get to meet the most amazing people who are such an ins...Expand for more

After doing lots of adventure travelling abroad(bungee jumping, rock climbing, sky diving, hang gliding, skiing, camping out, scuba diving, outward bound...etc), I finally finished college at FAU in 2000 with a BA degree in Sociology.
In March 2004, I got married to a wonderful man from Virginia. In March 2005 (1 day before our 1 year wedding anniversary) we had boy/girl twins! Recently, we just added a 3rd child to our family. Raising my children has, by far, been my favorite and most rewarding thing I've done in my lifetime.
