Karen's Story

Life hi all! since the golden days of high school i had many adventures. i spent about 20 years as an interior decorator in san antonio and then st louis. i have worked as a school photographer and i served several years in the USNR (navy reserve) during desert storm- i was actually stationed in Bahrain when the war started. i have gotten married and am still happily married to a wonderful man from houston.we now live outside the st louis area in illinois where we retired from the military and he now works for the government and i have my own business. we enjoy alot of beautiful outdo...Expand for more
or activities here- there are actually four seasons during the year (not just hot and hotter) and fall is one of my favorites. there are many places to hike, camp, hunt and canoe - and we try to take advantage of them whenever we can. we finally found a great local restaurant for tex-mex- so when we cannot get back to sa to enjoy family and our "ranch-ette"- we at least can enjoy a little bit of texas!! we have no children (by choice), but we have a wonderful doberman who brings lots of joy into our lives. overall i would say i have "done good"!! happy wine-ing!! karen bedock taylor
