Karen's Story
Just out of high school, I married Hilton Lewis and together we had two sons - Jeremy (still in the Barboursville area) and Daniel (living in Las Vegas). We divorced after 10 years and I then became the proud owner of my first Casablanca Bar & Grill in Charleston, WV. Sold that and moved to Scottsdale. years and I became an avid golfer.
A few years later, still moving around the country, I opened my second Casablanca Fine Dining restaurant in Springfield, MO. That too was sold and time again to move on. I landed in Ohio and have been here for quite some time now with my third and current Casablanca in a little lake/resort town of about 300 people.
In Spring of 2009, I opened a little fast food / takeout place called The Gyro Shack. (And still looking for more to do.)
