Lissa's Story
Where do I start? After graduation, I continued working at the Del Norte District Attorney's Office and did so for 21 years (until November 2002). In 1987, I got married to Larry Stout and we divorced in May 2003. During that marriage, however, we had two wonderful kids ... Cameron (born in 1989) who is now 19 and Taylor (born in 1994) who is now 14.
In 2003, my kids and I packed up and left Crescent City, not really knowing where we were going to end up except somewhere in the bay area. We settled in San Jose.

man who became my very best friend. He moved in with me in 2005. We are very, very happy and I'd like to say that he is still my best friend. :)
I own my own legal transcription business and am able to work from home. It keeps me very busy ... if you've ever worked for attorneys, you know how demanding they can be.
I am very happy in my life. If I could go back and change anything, I wouldn't, because without having gone through what I have, I would never be where I am now.
